大多數耳鼻喉科專科醫師習慣以3cc "長針"抽中耳積水，以前我也是，因為.....老師教的。
現在，已經習慣用3cc一般"短針"抽水7~8年了：方便快速又經濟。
再加上軟式光纖內視鏡fiberscope的輔助，更加精確！

Most ENT Doctors are used to performing OPD tympanocentesis by 3 c.c. syringe with "long" needles for otitis media with effusion (OME).
I've been using 3 c.c. "short" needle syringes, but not long needles, for 7~ 8 years. Nowadays, with the assistance of fiberscope, tympanocentesis for OME can be completed at OPD more accurately & precisely !
